Our Fitness and wellness program is for you if you don't feel the need to push your body to be a sport machine or fill your body so full of muscles that you would sink. We design a program based on you and your goals. Some clients have goals as simple as maintaining and slight toning.
We can do partner training or one-on-one. OC Private Training will assess your current habits and adjust it for excellence.
Whether you are in a plateau, a rookie, or just trying to save time, OC Private Training has the ability to provide life-changing results.
Our goal is to teach you correct forms and transfer the body mechanics safely into full body movements, functional (real-life moves), size, power and strength. We staff the most certified trainers, whom are degreed and trained to analyze each body, address/correct any postural abnormalities, then continue with maximizing results without risk of injury.
