Cardio - Stair Climbing Machine
Begin standing on the step machine. Turn on and set any electronic programming.
Do not use handles to hold up your body. Use your core to balance and burn calories. Use fingers lightly if needed as beginner.
As you step up with your foot, raise the platform at least 8". The goal is to mimic the height of an actual outdoor step or curb.
Keep your stomach squeezed to burn extra calories and help balance while moving.
Continue non-stop for 20-60 minutes.
